Context

For a group like Tessi, which is both geographically and organizationally fragmented, it is often difficult to get a precise idea of the potential of its employees, and therefore to make the most of it. That's why it was essential to quickly obtain a 360° view of the company's current strengths, in order to fluidify the internal job market and help employees visualize and move towards new development opportunities.

Challenges

  1. Build loyalty among its 14,000 employees in 14 countries, and uniting them around the company's brand, culture and values, by making them active players in their careers and professional development.
  2. Promote and highlight all the opportunities offered by the Group.
  3. Increase internal mobility

Where is the Group's talent nestled, and who owns it? This was the first question the Group wanted to answer when, in 2019, it choose 365Talents' AI-powered solution for mapping internal skills, boosting mobility and enhancing training.

Results

365Talents plateform has become the essential platform for internal mobility and talent development for Tessi employees, with over 300 interactions per month with internal opportunities in just one year. In addition, more than 1,000 skills have been identified, enabling the company to anticipate the transformation of professions and future needs, and successful mobilities have already taken place, demonstrating a relevant match between opportunities and employees' aspirations.
